The event will be held at Royal Scot Golf Club, June 9th, with Eric Pelnar as Chairman. The tee times are based on a 12:30 shotgun start. This outing is an especially nice, and economical, way to entertain a friend who may not know everything the Estate Planning Council has to offer. To verify who is already a member, open the web site, peruse the member directory and ask a qualifying non-member friend or colleague to be your guest at the golf outing.

Give Eric a call (432-7600) to continue as, or to become, a hole sponsor. Sponsorship includes a hole sign on the course, golf and dinner for one individual and sponsorship recognition on the Estate Planning Council's web site. The cost for greens fees, ½ golf cart rental, soft refreshments on the course and dinner of whitefish or rib-eye steak is $35 for members and $85 for non-members. If you do not golf, please join us for dinner, only $15 for members or their spouses/significant other. We are planning cocktails at 5 and dinner at 6. Remember to include your menu choices with your reservations. You may send your reservation to: The Estate Planning Council,% Eric Pelnar, Vision Investment Planning Group, 3000 Riverside Drive, Suite 150, Green Bay, WI 54301. Remember, your spouses/significant others are encouraged to attend the dinner.

Neither the weatherman nor Eric can answer the important question, "What will the weather be on Tuesday the 9th for our golf outing /dinner?" Therefore, he asked me to show the rain contingency plans to everyone.
1. The cocktail hour (5PM) will proceed as planned.
2. The dinner and festivities (6 PM to ?) will proceed as planned.
3. Those members who were planning on golfing will receive a coupon for one round of golf and ½ cart.

The deadline to get your reservation to Eric will be the 1st so we are able to get your food order to the chef in a timely manner. You will make Katie (Eric's office assistant) happy by including your food order with your RSVP so she does not have to call you to find out your dinner choice.

See you there.
